As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.


Arrivals, Tea & Settling 

10am - 10.30am

There is parking onsite but for those travelling by train, collection can be arranged from Tunbridge Wells station. Guide of the grounds, facilities and goody bags for the day.


Grounding Arrival & Introduction

10.30am - 10.45am

Welcome & Introduction
With Georgia, Erika and Kat—an overview of the day and what to expect.


Underrstanding Your Inner Landscape with Kat D'Andrea

10.45am-11.30pm
Explore the connection between the nervous system, hormones, and postnatal depletion. Learn how targeted testing and support can restore long-term vitality.

Movement Break (15 mins)
A slow, grounding reset through gentle movement.


Nutrition Workshop & Lunch

11.30pm - 1pm

Enjoy a cooking workshop and display with Erika Morris followed by a seasonal, farm to fork lunch. Erika will be focusing on: energy restoration and postpartum depletion.


Afternoon Activities


Closing Circle: “Reset, Reconnect, Remember”

1pm - 6pm

The afternoon will consist of a rotation of different activities. These include: nature walk, swimming movement & breathwork, motherhood journalling and 1:1 holistic therapies - manual lympathic drainage and reflexology

6pm - 6.30pm

We’ll gather one final time to reflect, reconnect, and ground everything we’ve explored. Through gentle prompts and open sharing, we’ll explore:

  • Caring for your child, and yourself

  • Motherhood + identity

  • Working life and boundaries

  • Neuroplasticity & resilience—how small shifts reshape our experience

This closing moment isn’t about doing more—it’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise, and leaving with tools to gently carry forward.

  • Sign up and pay to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 30 days before the retreat to receive a full refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We recommend arranging your transport to and from the retreat well in advance to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.
    The venue is located in East Sussex (full address will be provided in your welcome pack).

    On-site parking is available
    – The nearest station is Tunbridge Wells, with regular direct trains from London Charing Cross, Waterloo East, and London Bridge
    Station pick-up can be coordinated upon request — just let us know your arrival time
